Returns/Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any products. We DO NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse, (i.e. You do not like the color shirt you purchased). A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. If your package is returned to us you are responsible for any reshipping costs unless the original return was due to us making a mistake on your order like wrong product/size.

What if my product arrived damaged/misprinted/defective?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
I need to cancel/modify my order
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@hoopersexclusive.com. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy.
*Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it. Generally, you are allow to cancel or modify order items within 24 hours since the order was placed, but you can still contact us after that time period just in case your order hasn't been processed yet.
*If you insist to cancel a processing order, you might be charged a partial payment to cover product material cost.
